How we use personal information

Information you give us

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact PixelTech. This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website address, selected service and enquiry details.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand what you are asking for, respond to you and, where relevant, discuss or prepare a proposal.

For ordinary project enquiries, we may process this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We may also use limited information where necessary for legitimate business interests, such as administration, record keeping and protecting our website and services.

Contact form provider

Website enquiry submissions are processed using Web3Forms. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy information and applicable data protection obligations.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the public enquiry form.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection.

Contact info@pixeltechsolutions.co.ukif you want to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how personal information has been handled.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data only while we need it.

This may include the time needed to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, manage an ongoing client relationship, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations.

We review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer reasonably required.

Cookies and analytics

PixelTech does not currently use advertising analytics or other non-essential tracking cookies on this website.

The site and its providers may still use technology that is strictly necessary for security, delivery or basic functionality.

If PixelTech later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking, this notice will be updated and appropriate consent controls will be added where required.

Public website terms

Services, prices and project information

Website information

Information on this website describes PixelTech services at a general level. A proposal and signed agreement confirm the final scope, price, responsibilities, ownership terms and delivery arrangements for each project.

Pricing and scope

Published prices apply to the stated package or starting scope. Additional pages, copy work, integrations, licences, domain costs and other third-party charges may be priced separately.

Work outside the agreed scope will be discussed before it is charged.

Results

PixelTech does not guarantee search rankings, social reach, website traffic, enquiries, leads or sales. Results depend on factors outside PixelTech's control, including competition, customer demand, content and ongoing business activity.

Client-supplied material

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to use text, images, logos, photographs and other material they provide for a project.

External services

PixelTech may use or link to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy information, and their availability or operation is outside PixelTech's direct control.

Intellectual property

The PixelTech name, branding, website copy, design and original materials on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Client ownership, licences and handover arrangements for commissioned work are defined in the relevant signed agreement.

Client-supplied logos, text, images and other media remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Accessibility

PixelTech builds with accessible structure, keyboard use and readable contrast in mind.

A full accessibility-compliance claim requires an agreed audit, suitable testing and ongoing review of content and third-party features.
