Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain should belong to your business. PixelTech can register, connect and manage it using your business details wherever practical.
What happens after the 12-month website minimum?
The monthly website plan continues after the minimum term unless you cancel it with 30 days’ written notice.
What counts as a routine website update?
Routine changes include edits to existing text, supplied images, contact details, opening hours, prices and other small updates to existing sections. New pages, layouts, forms, integrations and major redesign work are quoted separately.
Can I add more pages later?
Yes. Additional standard website pages start from £150. Larger changes or specialist functionality are quoted before work begins.
Is hosting included?
Hosting, SSL, backups and technical maintenance are included with the Essential and Growth monthly website plans. One-off websites arrange hosting and ongoing care separately.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Your domain, logo, supplied content and supplied media remain yours. Website ownership, licences and handover contents are confirmed in the signed agreement. Technical migration work may be charged separately.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. PixelTech Solutions Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the published prices.
What if I need something outside the package?
We will tell you before it becomes an extra charge. Additional pages, integrations, major changes and specialist work are scoped and agreed separately.
Can I cancel before the minimum term ends?
The signed agreement explains what happens if a service ends before its minimum term. Contact PixelTech if circumstances change.
Revisions
Website builds include two structured revision rounds before launch. New direction, new pages or new functionality may be quoted separately.
Search foundations
Search-friendly foundations do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
Scope changes
Work outside the agreed package is discussed and priced before it is carried out.
